  1. Review: What does self-revelation mean? What is a synonym for the word reveal? What are ways that we can reveal things about ourselves to others? What was one of the ways that God revealed himself? (Pass back Self-revelation handout)
  2. Pass out rulers, Paper, and Blue Markers and/or Colored Pencils
    • Divide the Paper into three equal areas using two horizontal lines (these will represent the 6 days of creation)
    • Day One (Genesis 1:1-5); What were two things that God created on Day One?
      • Write a number 1 in the upper left corner of the top area
      • Draw a small sized circle in the middle of the top area
      • Draw a darkness on half of the Earth
    • Day Two (Genesis 1:6-8)
      • Write a number 2 in the upper left corner of the middle area
      • Draw a wavy water line almost all the way across the page just below the upper half of the middle section. What does this represent?
